Comparably’s 9th annual list of companies with the Best Outlook recognizes the top-rated workplaces with the brightest futures. The rankings are based solely on sentiment feedback from current employees who anonymously rated their confidence in the success of their businesses. This distinction is segmented into two lists: top-rated large companies (more than 500 employees) and top-rated small companies (500 or less employees).
